Background

LEVENTS is a growing youth fashion brand that needs to build a flagship store to enhance the customer experience and brand recognition.

Problem

  • The current store (Hoang Sa) is small, approximately 4m wide → unsuitable for an experiential store.
  • Difficult to access and find location → limits visitor numbers.
  • There are no dedicated personnel for site development.
  • Lack of a process for selecting and evaluating sales outlets.
  • Limited experience in negotiating lease agreements.

A single point of sale is not enough to become a platform for brand development.

Target

  • Identify areas and routes that align with brand positioning.
  • Find a location large enough to build a flagship store.
  • Standardize the point-of-sale selection process.
  • Negotiate a suitable price and terms.

Site Plus deployment

  • Develop criteria for selecting retail locations based on the fashion model.
  • Filter suitable central areas (focusing on fashion and youth)
  • Searching, evaluating, and recommending flagship retail spaces.
  • Assisting in negotiations in a highly competitive environment with major brands.
  • Partnering to expand to the next sales points.

Result

  • Successfully opened a flagship store at 139E Nguyen Trai (District 1)
→ Large area, approximately 8m wide, suitable for building a brand experience.
  • Significantly increase accessibility:
→ Young people, tourists, international visitors
  • Revenue exceeding expectations, while also achieving brand recognition goals.
  • Completed negotiations for a reasonable lease term, despite high competition.
  • Open more stores at Phan Trung – Bien Hoa, expanding the system

For a fashion brand, a store is more than just a place to sell goods.,
It's about brand touchpoints. A well-placed flagship can completely change how customers perceive a brand.
