About Minh Phan
It helps businesses make the right decisions when choosing sales locations.

The story begins with a question.
It all started with a very familiar question: "Why do some stores make good products, have good marketing... yet still fail?"“
After more than 15 years working in the Retail, F&B, and Service industries, I've realized something quite painful: many stores fail before they even open. It's not because of a lack of capital, nor because of poor quality products, but because they choose the wrong location. They choose based on intuition, following the crowd, or simply because they think the "rent is reasonable" and then decide.
But location isn't just about "feeling okay" with it. It's what directly determines whether the store will survive. One wrong decision here can almost render all subsequent efforts meaningless.
So, I started developing a different approach: more logical, data-driven, and focused on understanding customer behavior. The goal wasn't to find the "best location," but to help store owners develop the right mindset so they wouldn't make the wrong choice.
Ultimately, a good sales point isn't necessarily a "beautiful" one. A good sales point is one that's right for you.
